In Matthew 9:35-38, Christ invites His followers to earnestly pray for the Lord of the harvest to send laborers into the ripe harvest fields. These scriptures lead us to think about the 3.4 billion people on earth who are unreached, never hearing about Jesus, the Good Shepherd, and God, a loving father.

“God, we pray to you, Lord, to send out harvesters into the harvest fields so that they may experience and be transformed by your amazing love. That their souls would be saved and shepherded, and they would find everlasting life in You. God, we ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.”
